Refund Policy

Since our website offers intangible goods that cannot be recalled, we do not refund money after the order is completed. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this when purchasing any product on our website.
However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise due to the nature of the product we supply.
Therefore, we make a refund if the order is not completed due to technical problems. In this case, you need to contact our support service (support@instamer.com ). Complaints about non-fulfillment of the order must be received within 7 days from the date of placing the order. Otherwise, the service is considered rendered.
The term of consideration of the complaint is up to 7 days. The refund is made to the same account from which the payment was made. The terms of the refund depend on the equaling system with which the payment was made.
The balance on the website can only be used to pay for services ordered from your personal account. Conclusion funds from the personal account can only be transferred to the account from which the payment was made. Withdrawal fee in equivalent of 1.5 US dollars will be charged.
